Shipping Charges/ Exchanges / Returns / Payments

Online Costumers (credit card purchase through phone, fax, email, and mail):

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express. There are no credit card surcharges. Please be sure to provide the exact name, billing address, and telephone number as they appear on the credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the time processing the order. Orders that are shipped to an address other than the billing address listed with the credit card company require a temporary, alternate shipping note added to the account. Applying this note may also cause a short delay in processing time as we will need to verify this manually. We must verify and secure funds before shipment is made. This is for your security. Please note that we prefer credit cards issued by a bank or other financial institution within the U.S., possessions, and Canada with verifiable references. If the bank is unable to provide verification, we will contact you for alternate arrangements. All transactions are subject to verification for safety and security purposes.

First Time Online Costumers (for bank to bank wire transfers):

a) Upon receiving of Purchase order: 50% of Total P.O. amount must be
wired before items be prepared.

b) Your shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of your items. We will send a quote for shipping cost after your order is processed and ready to be shipped.
We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately and backordered items as they become available. You will only pay shipping and handling charge for what ever is sent out.

c) Items ready for shipping: 50% of Total P.O. + shipping charges must be

We require this procedure for first time customers.

If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.

If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. Items may be returned for refund only if refund request is made within three days of your receipt of item and before sending the item back. Contact made after three days, but no more than ten days, will result in a store credit in lieu of a refund. No returns will be honored if refund request is made after ten days of item receipt.
